Every video should have a call to action to encourage Youtube viewer engagement. There’s many things you can ask for: thumbs up, insightful comments, subscriptions, or even video responses! However, you’ll want to be sure to include some sort of reference to what your viewers give you to let them know that you’re not just listening- while also implying to those who weren’t featured that there’s a possibility they’ll be featured in the future. For many of your viewers, it’s a modern equivalent of having your voice heard on the radio.
Don’t be pushy, be definitely do encourage the behaviors. Likes, comments, and subscribers are critical to ensuring that you’ll be seen on Youtube as well as Google, so get on those metrics while also driving positive relationships with your clients & fans!
